Barra de navidad
Baja Fog now sits in Barra de Navidad on the Pacific Coast of Mexico called the Costalegre. There are about 11 beautiful anchorages to explore within a 4 hour sail at the most. A 30 minute drive from the Manzanillo (international) airport through banana plantations and coconut groves sits a beautiful resort at Isla de Navidad.
Weather here is usually about 85 degrees and the clear blue water is usually about 82. The snorkeling is amazing and the fishing is fantastic.
Baja Fog lives in Marina Puerto de Navidad at the resort called the Grand Isla Resort with access to private (secret) beaches, tequila tastings, water slides and swim up bars.

Just across the lagoon is the little town of Barra de Navidad. The beach lined with the malecon and a little beach break surf spot continues down 2 miles to Melaque. Great for beach combing and sunset viewing.
Lined with paverstone streets and filled with little tiendas (shops) and great restaurants with a fantastic choice of music nightly, Barra shines at night even brighter than it’s days.
